Puka Shell’s Bling is the first track which named the band.
The afro-beat, R&B and neo-soul influences are common in this composition which has a unique vision: an ode to the sunset.
The song is about fear of being forgotten by the ‘light’ finding oneself surrounded by thoughts and instability, but the understanding ‘there’s no way to get lost’ gives the solution: The sun is gone and the light returns, every day.
The beach (metaphor about escaping ordinary), the afro-dance, the warm colours that so belong to it are some of the elements evoked in this intricate musical flow.
